Our Story
I started making soap out of sheer boredom. I would watch all of the YouTube videos of other people making soap and thought it was really cool and fascinating. So, I decided to try it out one day. My first bar of soap was ok. It was nothing special, but it was my first bar and I was proud of it.
I was determined to make my soaps better and I documented the journey on TikTok. Slowly I started gaining an audience and people started showing interest in purchasing my bars of soap. I was a bit hesitant to start selling, but here we are today!
A little about me
Hello! My name is Angelo, but everyone just calls me Jeyo. It’s pronounced like Gio or Geo. Yes, I know. It’s spelled weird. It started in high school and it kind of stuck. I am a huge nerd! Although I’m not the biggest nerd out there, I can still say I’m quite nerdy. I love watching cartoons, anime, and movies. I also live pretty close to Disneyland so I tend to go pretty often. If you happen to be there, and you see me, say hi! I’m quite friendly! I don’t bite unless you ask me to, in which case, I may or may not bite. It depends on who’s asking.
I am the main person that runs this business, but my boyfriend does help me from time to time. NerdSudz started off as a hobby that ended up growing bigger than I ever expected it to. I do still work a full-time job, so NerdSudz may not be my priority from time to time. It’s kind of difficult to work a 9-5, run my own business by myself, have a healthy relationship with my boyfriend and the people around me, and so on. It can be quite tiring so please bear with me if I can’t get to you right away.
Anyways, I really hope you enjoy my work. Even if you don’t decide to purchase anything, I hope you at least enjoy the content I make! I put a lot of work into just making the videos that go up onto my social media accounts. And if you just want to talk to me, please feel free to do so!
